At Attean, we strive to make your "home away from home" as comfortable and appealing as possible. All of our charming cottages have recently been refurbished and some completely rebuilt ,they all have a full bath with tub-shower combinations, private porchs that overlook the lake and mountains, and wood burning fireplaces. At our guests' urging, we have purposely not electrified the cottages. Our guests love the ambiance of the kerosene lamps and the accompanying gas lights which are ideal for reading.

Our housekeeping staff service your cottage daily and supply you with fresh towels and amenities. Fresh ice is also delivered daily as well as firewood as needed. The cottages vary in size from one bedroom to three and are able to accommodate two to eight guests. Many overlook the beach area which are perfect for families with young children. All of the cottages are spaced far enough apart to ensure quiet and privacy. We do discourage people from bringing radios and other electronic devices which might interfere with the natural peacefulness of the property.

NEW ROCHELLE - Two bedrooms, each has one double bed. Living room. One bath with tub-shower.

WINDY HAUGH - One bedroom with king size bed. Large living room with sleep sofa. One bath with tub-shower combination.

*WESTPORT LODGE - New in 1997, two bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with two single beds, also sleeping loft with two twin beds. One and a half bathrooms. Living room with a Queen Futon.

CLEARWATER - Two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed. The other with two singles. Living room with a Queen Futon. One bath with shower.

ST. LOUIS - One bedroom with king size bed, Ante room with single bed.. Living room. One bath w/tub/shower.

CRAG END - One bedroom with a king size bed and a twin bed. Large living room with Queen Futon. One bath w/tub.

ARLINGTON - Two bedrooms, one with queen, one with two singles. Large living room with Queen Futon. One bath w/tub/shower.

*MADDOX - 3 bedrooms, one with king bed, one with two twin beds and one with a bunk bed and twin bed. Two baths (One w/tub, One w/shower). Large Living room with Queen Futon.

MONTCLAIR - Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. One bath with tub/shower. Large living room with Queen Futon.

*SOUTHPORT - Three bedrooms, Two baths (tub/shower), queen size beds in 2 rooms, third room with bunks and single bed . Large living room with Queen Futon.

TIMES SQUARE - Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. One bath with tub/shower combination. Living room.

COBBLE HILL - Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and one with 2 single beds. One bath with tub/shower combination. Living room.

GLEN COVE - Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two twin beds. One bath with tub/shower combination. Living room.

WOODSTOWN - Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two twin beds. One bath with tub/shower. Living room.
